Terms & Conditions

Jawlyn Pictures is a photography and videography studio at Kingsway, Cape Coast.

These terms govern bookings, deliverables, and image rights for every session we accept.

A 50 percent non refundable retainer secures the date. The balance is due 7 days before the shoot.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the session forfeit the deposit.

Sessions may be moved up to 14 days before the booked date. The retainer transfers to a new mutually agreed date.

All rescheduling is subject to studio and crew availability.

Outdoor sessions affected by weather are rescheduled at no extra charge.

Neither party is liable for non performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including illness, civil disruption, or loss of utilities.

Copyright in all images and footage remains with Jawlyn Pictures.

The client receives a perpetual, non exclusive licence to use delivered images for personal, non commercial purposes.

Commercial use, resale, or material alteration of the work requires prior written consent.

Use of images in our portfolio, on social channels, or in marketing is subject to consent collected during booking.

Clients may revise that consent at any time after delivery by writing to the studio.

Edited deliverables are issued within 4 to 6 weeks of the session.

Online galleries remain accessible for at least 90 days from the delivery date.

Coverage beyond the booked duration is billed at GH₵ 500 per hour.

Overtime is charged in 15 minute increments and added to the final invoice.

The studio carries out every assignment with reasonable professional care.

The photographer’s total liability under any booking shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
