Gallery Delivery

Once your session wraps, our editors begin colour, retouching, and sequencing.

You receive a finished gallery ready to view, download, and share with family.

Standard turnaround is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the shoot.

Same day previews are available for select packages so you have a handful of frames to share right away.

Rush delivery is offered on request, subject to studio load and an additional fee.

You choose one of three options at booking.

Online gallery is the default. A private, password protected link is issued and remains downloadable for 90 days.

USB pickup gives you a custom branded pen drive to collect from the Kingsway studio.

Both combines an online gallery with a USB for households that want a physical copy on hand.

Full resolution edited files suitable for print at any size.

Web resolution copies sized for phones, email, and social sharing.

A short video trailer where your package includes videography.

Printed photo books and framed prints are produced after the digital gallery is approved.

Physical items are delivered separately, typically within 6 to 8 weeks of approval.

Every package includes two rounds of revisions on selected frames.

Submit your notes through the Revisions form and the editing team will action them within the standard turnaround window.

Online galleries close to public download 90 days after delivery.

Files remain safely archived and can be restored on request. A small admin fee applies to retrievals made after the public window.

For shoots outside Cape Coast we travel anywhere in Ghana at agreed travel rates.

For destination weddings overseas we prepare a separate quote covering flights, accommodation, and crew time.
