Jawlyn Pictures is a photography and videography studio based at Kingsway, Cape Coast.

We collect the minimum personal data needed to run the studio, coordinate your session, and deliver the work you booked.

This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it, and the choices you have at every stage.

When you book a session we collect your name, email address, phone number, and session preferences.

During booking we capture your signature image to confirm the contract and your consent choices.

During the shoot we create photographs and video files. These are stored alongside your booking record.

We use your details to coordinate the booking, prepare the crew, and deliver your final gallery.

We send session reminders and delivery notifications by email or SMS.

With your explicit consent, we may feature a selection of your images in our portfolio or on our social channels.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not trade it, rent it, or pass it to data brokers.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where the law requires us to.

We do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

All records are stored in Supabase, encrypted at rest, in the EU North region.

Every connection to our systems is protected by TLS in transit.

Access is restricted to studio staff who need it to deliver your session.

We only use essential cookies for session login.

There are no tracking pixels, advertising tags, or third party analytics on this site.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.

You may ask us to correct inaccuracies, or to delete your record entirely.

Our services are not intended for people under the age of 18 without parental consent.

Where a minor is the subject of a session, a parent or legal guardian must sign the booking and consent forms.

The consent choices you make on the booking form govern how your images appear in our portfolio and on social media.

You may revise that consent at any time after delivery by writing to the studio.

On request, we will remove your images from public channels we control.

Signed booking contracts and invoices are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

Gallery files are retained for 90 days after delivery, unless an archive plan has been purchased.

Once retention periods end, records are securely deleted from our systems.

We may revise this policy from time to time as the studio evolves.

If a change is material, we will notify clients by email before it takes effect.
