How do I book a session with Jawlyn Pictures?

Send us a message through the booking form or WhatsApp with your date, location, and the kind of session you have in mind. We will reply within a day with availability and a simple package quote. A date is held once the deposit lands.

Question 2

What deposit do you require, and when is the balance due?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a 50 percent deposit to secure your date on the calendar. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, before we begin. We accept Mobile Money, bank transfer, and cash.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule once at no extra cost if you let us know at least 14 days before your date. Cancellations made inside 14 days mean the deposit is kept to cover the held time. Outside that window we refund the deposit in full.

What happens if it rains during an outdoor shoot?

Cape Coast weather can turn quickly, so every outdoor booking comes with a backup plan. If the skies open up we move to a covered location nearby, or we reschedule to the next free slot at no charge. You will never lose a session to a storm.

How long does it take to receive my final photos?

Final edited galleries are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks after your shoot. Weddings sit at the longer end because of the volume of frames. We send a small set of previews within the first week so you have something to share.

How long will my online gallery stay available?

Accepted Answer

Your private online gallery stays live for 90 days from the delivery date. After that, we hand off your full collection on a branded USB drive that you can pick up at the studio or have couriered. We keep an archive copy for one year as a courtesy.

Do you travel beyond Cape Coast for shoots?

Yes, we shoot all across Ghana and have travelled with clients into the region for destination weddings. Travel beyond Cape Coast is quoted simply: transport, lodging where needed, and a small per day fee. Tell us where you are headed and we will price it openly.

Who owns the rights to the final images?

Accepted Answer

You receive full personal usage rights to every delivered image. That covers printing, sharing, and posting on your own social channels for life. Commercial use, such as advertising or resale, is licensed separately and we are happy to walk you through it.

How many hours of wedding video coverage do you offer?

Our standard wedding film package covers 8 hours of continuous coverage on the day, from preparation through to the first dance. We offer 10 and 12 hour options for longer celebrations, and a two day package for traditional and white weddings together. Every wedding film includes a highlight reel and a full ceremony cut.

Can I request edits or revisions on my photos?

Of course. Once your gallery is delivered you can flag up to five images for a re edit, whether that is colour, crop, or a small retouch. Send your notes within 30 days of delivery and we will turn the revisions around inside a week.
